Aluminum Handwheel Features:

Your valve may have a special size or shape stem. We can furnish special size and special shape stemports within the limits of 9/16" zinc maximum core diameter on the 2" to 2 3/4" handwheels and 3/4" maximum core diameter on the aluminum handwheels. On the 3 1/2" and 4" diameter zinc handwheels we can furnish special size and special shape stemports limited only by the cross section strength of the 1" dimension of the hub.

ECONOMY
The high speed casting process affords a quality product at an attractive price.

UTILITY
A positive hand hold as a result of the finger grip edges permits ease of valve operation even though grease is present. The smooth surface eliminates the possibility of flesh cuts.

ADAPTABILITY
Handwheels are furnished with three sizes of stemports, making them available for many sizes of valves.

IDENTIFICATION
A recess in the top of the handwheel permits the use of a name plate where identification or instructions are desirable.

APPEARANCE
An attractively designed casting with a smooth unmachined surface.

STRENGTH

Custom Stemports
If our stock handwheel inner hole (stemport) sizes do not fit your requirements, we can furnish special size and shape inner holes.

This custom size or shape stemport must be within the limits of 9/16" zinc maximum core diameter on the 2" to 2 3/4" handwheels and 3/4" maximum core diameter on the aluminum handwheels. On the 3 1/2" and 4" diameter zinc handwheels we can furnish special size and shape stemports limited only by the cross section of strength of the 1" dimension of the hub.

This custom insert tooling charge is only approx. $250.00 (one time charge) and gives you the freedom of using a stock line handwheel price for a custom fit.

Minimum ordering quantity is $50.00 zinc and $100.00 aluminum. You can order a mix of sizes to reach this minimum.
