Aluminum and Zinc Die Casting Alloys

Our metal alloys are precisely formulated for die casting and offer the mechanical properties of medium-strength metals. They offer product strength, rigidity, and impact and dent resistance. We recommend high pressure aluminum die casting when your final product requirements include the following:

  • Light Weights
  • Increased Heat Resistance
  • Corrosion Resistance
  • Consistent density for secondary finishing

We recommend high pressure zinc die casting to achieve these qualities:

  • Fine density for Thin Walls
  • Intricacy of Design
  • Improved Bearing Surfaces
  • Application of Plating for Appearance
